Woodware Nutcracker Gnomes

Hey Procraftinators! Today, I am sharing yet another Woodware Craft Collection gnome card. I told you, I went a little gnome crazy this year and that I love me some Woodware gnome stamps. Haha!

I did copic color the Nutcracker Gnome stamp, but as with all my other copic colored images, I did not make note of the combinations that I used, as I was not planning on sharing these cards publicly.

Next, for both backgrounds, I cut the slimline panels with an LDRS Creative die called Pretty Patterns Slim Line and then I ink blended the backgrounds. For the one on the right hand side, I used broken china, peacock feathers and cracked pistachio Distress Inks (it's been a favorite this holiday season) and the one on the left, I believe that I used (but don't quote me on this one) salty ocean, prized ribbon, chipped sapphire and black soot (just around the top edges). I added a separate panel for the snow bank. I cut another scrap piece out of the LDRS die and then I used a hill die from Trinity Stamps Slimline Series: Scenic Borders set. I believe for both of these, I ink blended with tumbled glass Distress Ink. I also stamped a sentiment from the Nutcracker Gnome sent on the bottom of the snow bank with a VeraFine Clair ink in blue.

I used the Layered Full Moon Stencil from Spellbinders to create the moon using Lost Shadow Distress Ink and then cut it with my nesting circle dies, also from Spellbinders. I stamped the sleigh and reindeer image from a Gina K stamp set called Dashing and cut that out using my Scan N Cut. I adhered both of those flat on my card, along with the snow bank. I popped my Nutcracker Gnome up with some foam squares. To finish off the card, I used some holographic embossing powder and the small snowflake and star images in the set to heat emboss the images onto the background of my cards. I also used those images with a blue VersaFine Clair pad on the inside of my card with the Merry Christmas sentiment.
